Idaho Springs, Colorado the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. The Miners Pick Bed and Breakfast is centrally located in Colorado's Historic Mining country, offers warm, personal hospitality. Surrounded by stores and houses built in the late 1800's our home built in 1895 and newly renovated, offers three guest rooms, all with private baths. The convenient downtown location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

   There's plenty to do around here with the worlds best skiing just minutes away, Idaho Springs Colorado is surrounded by National Forest where hiking, fishing, mt. biking and horseback riding are easily accessible. Just up the road you can ride the George Town Loop a narrow gage railroad or go to Central City (only 8 miles away on "oh my god road")  where they now have legalized gambling. There is white water rafting in Idaho Springs as well.
